Documentation consists of:
Risk Assessment - documentation of types of danger which threatens builders on a construction site.
Method Statement - describes safe techniques on a construction site, which are accepted by Health & Safety Regulations.
Fire Emergency Plan - plan which identifies: dangers, threatened workers, fire risk, recommended security aspects, emergency exits, fire extinguishers and fire alarms. It also consists of fire-fighting training for your workers.
Waste Management - information how construction waste is gathered and stored, and an indication of how they are disposed of. Utilization of waste should be made only by authorized companies.
Traffic Plan Management - a plan showing how to deliver and supply construction materials to be non-intrusive to the environment and residents.
Induction Sheet - initial training on the new building project.
COSHH - dangerous substances and terms how to handle them.
H&S File also contains all the necessary forms or POWER, LOLER, Fire Form, Scaffold Inspection, Inspection Monthly Record and PPE Register.
