CSCS Card
If you are applying or renewing a CSCS Card, you will need to book and pass the Health, Safety and Environment Test first. Wether it is for a Site Operative, Machine Operative, Site Supervisor, Site Manager & other Professional positions book your test today.
To apply for a CSCS card you must demonstrate your occupational competence and, in most cases, you must also pass the Construction Skills Health Safety and Environment Test within the previous two years. The aim of the Health, Safety and Environment Test is to examine knowledge across a wide range of health and safety topics in order to improve safety and productivity on site.
Polish Safety Services is not accredited with or associated with CITB. Price of the test is £22.50. All documents presented by the candidate as identification must:
- be originals (no photocopies or digital copies)
- be in date (valid) at the time of being provided (not expired)
- be in the candidate’s name (which must match the name on the test booking).
Candidates must provide one form of Primary ID. The Primary ID must include the candidate’s:
- full name
- a recognisable photograph
- signature
Choose one of the following:
- Passport (UK or International)
- Photocard Driving Licence (UK or European)
- Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or Biometric Residence Card (BRC) - only to be used as primary ID with a signature. If candidates do not have the required form of Primary ID, they may present two forms of Secondary ID.
This must include one from List A and one from List B.
